The Company's CSR initiatives are based on this principle and resonate with India's Rural Development Goals addressing multiple development challenges into health, education and graduates transforming into employment via internships. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has evolved during last few decades from simple philanthropic activities to integrating the interest of the business with that of the communities in which it operates. By exhibiting socially, environmentally, and ethically responsible behaviour in governance of its operations, the business can create value and long-term sustainability for itself while making positive contribution to the betterment of the society. It is recognized the world over that integrating social, environmental and ethical responsibilities into the governance of businesses ensures their long-term success, competitiveness, and sustainability. i-ray IT Solutions has strategically chosen the company’s CSR initiatives with a focus on improving the quality of life. The initiatives focus on four areas: Rural Transformation, Health, Education, Sports for Development.

Rural Transformation

I-RAY's contributions towards Corporate Social Responsibility till date include adoption of villages by providing drinking water facilitation by laying of public utility bores and construction of CC roads for better mobility and infrastructure at village level.

Health

I-RAY IT Solutions provides affordable curative and preventive healthcare services to the community through various healthcare programmes. Company has so far assisted people for emergency medical attention and monetary assistance and saved lives.

Education

I-RAY supports a scheme for meritorious students and providing financial aid to the toppers for pursuing higher studies in 10th, Intermediate, engineering, and medical streams.


Sports for Development

I-RAY believes that, through sports, employees learn sportsmanship and other life skills. Youth sport can help them grow towards positive development and good relationships with others. We regularly organize team sports events at our office which will help teach adolescents accountability, dedication, leadership, and other skills.
